The products/goods are and will remain the property of Mezu Limited until they have been paid for in full.
Goods are not sold on a trial, hire or loan basis.
To be eligible to purchase goods and lawfully enter into any contract from this website, you must:

- Register your name, business, address, e-mail address and telephone number as requested
The contents of this website including designs, logos, all images and text are the property and copyright of Mezu Silk Flowers. The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction of any materials on the website in any form is prohibited unless agreed by Mezu Silk Flowers in writing.
Description
The description of the flowers has been given by the way of identification only and the use of such description shall not constitute sale by description.
Measurements
All measurements are approximate, mainly due to the fact that each flower is hand-made however we only allow a slight deviation at any time. If overall dimensions are critical to your purchase please contact us first to help check suitability.
Colours
Every endeavour has been made to ensure that all our photographs give as true a representation of colour and quality as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer and monitor settings will display any colours/products exactly the same. Please bear in mind that all flowers are handmade so it is possible that no two colours will be identical, however we only allow a slight deviation at any time.
Variation
Neither the Customer nor Mezu Silk Flowers shall be bound by any variation, waiver of, or addition to these conditions except as agreed by both parties in writing and signed on their behalf.
Pricing
All prices are in UK sterling. We reserve the right to change products and prices on the website when necessary without notice. However, any order accepted and ready for dispatch will be honoured at the original agreed price.
VAT is payable on all products and sales. We reserve the right to adjust VAT charges of 20% as advised by HMRC. For EU customers able to provide a valid VAT number please contact us prior to ordering, to see if we are able to supply you excluding VAT.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made with any major credit or debit card or through an electronic payment system. Details are supplied on the order form. Should there be a problem with authorization of your payment, we will contact you.
Your payment will be processed only once the order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch. Once payment is processed, a notification of dispatch will be e-mailed to you.
Order Process

Our minimum order is £150 plus carriage free over £200. In rare instances where an order cannot be fulfilled due to a) authorization of payment is unable to be processed; b) unavailability of stock; or c) carriage charges to destinations outside of the UK have not been agreed, you should contact us at the above.
Verbal orders must be confirmed in writing by the customer within 48 hours.
Items that are ordered as bespoke items or made to order items including any goods or stock bought in especially to fulfil the order or other such items are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstance.
All quotations are made and all orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions contained in any acceptance of this quotation which vary, are contrary to or additional to those herein contracted shall be void and of no effect. A Customer wanting to change any reasonable amendment of those terms should communicate with the Company before accepting the quote. No amendment of these terms will be valid unless made in writing and signed by Mezu Silk Flowers.
Delivery Destinations and Pricing
Mezu Silk Flowers is able to ship to anywhere in Europe and carriage costs will be discussed and agreed before the order is accepted.
Any dates and times quoted for delivery are to be treated as an estimate and Mezu Silk Flowers shall not be liable whatsoever for failure to deliver by such date or time.
Please make sure there is someone to accept delivery as otherwise, in the event the package is returned to Mezu Silk Flowers, there will be further charges to re-deliver.
We take great care packing orders and use reputable couriers and a signature will normally be required for delivery. However, if you leave a signed note for the courier to leave the goods in a safe location you do so entirely at your own risk as to the state and safe keeping of the product. Mezu Silk Flowers and our courier companies used can take no responsibility for goods that are not checked or signed for at the time of delivery.
If in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged please refuse delivery.Please note that damages to packaging do not necessarily mean that the contents will be damaged, please check!
Failed Deliveries
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address and for the delivery address to be accessible to our courier. Should any items be returned to us due to incorrect delivery addresses supplied or the courier not being able to complete the delivery due to inaccessibility or no one being in, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery cost to re-deliver.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us, provided the order has not been dispatched and is not too late to cancel, you will be reimbursed in full. If the goods have already been dispatched and the goods can be returned to Mezu Silk Flowers in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent, the cost of the dispatch will be deducted from the refund.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods, and receive a full refund.
Returns Policy
We do want you to be entirely happy with your purchases and all items are inspected prior to dispatch. If for any reason you wish to return the product we ask you to ensure you send the product back to us in the original condition and the original undamaged packaging (or similar packaging).
You should return the items, together with your reason, within 10 days of receipt to Mezu Silk Flowers, Unit 3b, M&G Business Park, Gaerwen LL60 6HR, Isle of Anglesey, and please e-mail info@mezusilkflowers.com if you have any queries.
Damaged Goods
Please notify us at iinfo@mezusilkflowers.com within 48 hours of receipt of your goods should they be damaged. The damaged goods should be returned to us and once received we will provide a full refund including the cost of returning.
Please allow 21 days for your credit to be processed.
Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for loss arising from delay or failure to deliver arising from causes beyond our control. These include Act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, industrial action or dispute, natural calamity, controls, restrictions or prohibitions of Government or other competent authority, fire, flood, lockouts, accidents, defective materials, sabotage or non-availability of materials, delay in receipt of raw materials or bought in goods or components or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company. If delivery is delayed by any of the previous a reasonable extension of time for delivery shall be granted and the Customer shall pay such reasonable extra charge as shall have been occasioned by the delay.
Liability
No liability whatsoever shall be incurred by the Company in respect of any representation related or referred in any way to (i) the correspondence of the goods to any description or (ii) the quality of the goods or (iii) the fitness of the goods for any purpose whatsoever. (b) No liability whatsoever shall be incurred by the Company to the Customer in respect of any express term of the contract whether a condition, warranty or intermediate stipulation (including any liability arising from the breach of such term) where said terms related or refers in any way to (i) the correspondence of the goods to any description or (ii) quality of goods (iii) the fitness of goods for any purpose whatsoever. (c) All implied terms and conditions or warranties statutory common law or otherwise as to (i) the correspondence of the goods to any description of (ii) the merchantable quality of goods (iii) the fitness of the goods for any purpose whatsoever (whether made known to the Company or not) are hereby excluded from the contract.
Fraud
We take fraud very seriously and any fraudulent use of our website or transactions that are fraudulent will be reported to the police and any relevant authorities. Any form of attempted hack will also be reported to the authorities and we will take work closely with your card company to minimize any distress.
In the unlikely event that your details are used fraudulently as a direct result of use of our website and in the absence of any neglect on our part, we cannot be held liable.
Complaints
We want you to be happy with your purchase and our service. We pride ourselves on providing a first class service right from your first point of contact, through to delivery and after sales. If you are unhappy about our products or the way we have treated you in any way then please tell us at the earliest opportunity at in info@mezusilkflowers.com. We will do our best to resolve any problems in a quick, fair and equitable manner for all concerned.
Applicable Law
Mezu Limited is a UK registered company No 7552236. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. All disputes arising out of your access to this website or any transactions resulting from such use, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
